The pictures uploaded to the account were of a 'sexual nature' of her and another of Charmley's exes.

Ms Payne explained that another man sent the woman a link to a Tinder account which contained pictures of her and her own phone number.
Ms Payne said: 'She did receive a couple of calls from unknown males as a result.'
In August this year the second victim received an Instagram message from a man who said he 'had been receiving messages from an Instagram account in her name and they had sent photographs'.
A day later Charmley emailed the woman apologising and said 'he still thought of her and was sorry for the post'.
One minute later he followed the message up by saying 'sorry for being weird' and telling her to 'ignore him'.
Charmley was arrested days later and admitted two counts of disclosing private photographs and 'said it was whilst he was high on cocaine'.
Charmley, of Almond Way, Greasby in Wirral, has two previous convictions for three offences.
These include harassment in 2015 against another ex-partner.
Ms Payne said: 'He threatened to disclose private photographs and videos of an ex unless she performed sexual acts for him.'
In June 2015 Charmley was convicted for two breaches of his restraining order, for which he received an 18-month community order.
Quentin Neal, defending, explained there were 'full and frank' guilty pleas at an early opportunity and told the court Charmley 'shows remorse'.
He said: 'It's clear he's full of shame and wants to change. He has shown insight in his interview into the impact it has had on his victims.'
Mr Neal cited a doctor's report and said there was an 'element of self-loathing' and explained Charmley has had 'issues with drugs' and 'issues with steroids'.
He told the court Charmley had made 'serious attempts at self harm' and emphasized that an immediate prison sentence would have a detrimental impact on his mental health.
Mr Neal said Charmley has a 'very clear work ethic' after working in a clinic at Arrowe Park Hospital and is very well regarded by colleagues'.
The court heard Charmley 'hasn't touched drugs since this offence occurred' and is working with Wirral Ways to Recovery.
Mr Neal said: 'This is a man at 28 who is motivated to change.
'He doesn't want to re-offend, he wants to sort himself out and wants to gain the respect of his family.
'He's in a new relationship but this is different, it's not a relationship where he's met people on the internet, it's a nine-year friendship with someone he knows.'
Mr Neal also told the court that Charmley's 74-year-old father depends on him for health reasons and explained that Charmley suffered after his mother died.
Judge Gary Woodhall, sentencing, branded the behaviour a 'gross breach of your relationship' and the 'privacy that came with that'.
He reiterated that the photos were 'always intended to be private' but instead Charmley 'held onto them and used them in this way intending to cause harm to both women in a very public way'.
Judge Woodhall explained how one of the victims was left 'embarrassed, anxious and distressed' as well as 'not feeling safe' to the extent that she had to obtain medication for anxiety.
The judge said: 'Whatever your mental health was at the time you went to the effort of setting up these accounts and posting these photographs if only to seek revenge.'

Judge Woodhall said Charmley was 'punishing these women for not continuing in the relationship with you'.
The judge said: 'There's here an established pattern of behaviour, punishing partners, females, that don't do what you want.
'I accept there's a relatively recent history of poor mental health, perhaps relating to your mum's diagnosis, illness and passing.'
Charmley was ordered to serve a 10-month prison sentence, half of which will be served on licence.
